Q: Are all the bags handmade?
Yes. All our bags are handmade, either crocheted or knitted, using cotton yarn or wool yarn. On average, larger bags take about 5 to 7 days to make, while smaller bags usually take 2 to 3 days.
Because they are handmade, every piece is slightly different and truly one of a kind. Many styles are made in very limited quantities, and some may not be restocked due to the limited availability of the yarn.
Q: What materials do you use?
Our bags are made with cotton yarn, wool yarn, and occasionally hand-mixed or blended yarns.
We do not use polyester yarn. We choose natural materials whenever possible for a softer feel and better texture.
Q: How should I care for my bag?
Bags made with cotton yarn can be hand washed or machine washed on a gentle cycle.
Bags made with wool yarn should be hand washed only.
After washing, let the bag air dry naturally or place it on a drying rack. Do not tumble dry. Because each bag is handmade, gentle care is recommended.
Q: Do you offer free shipping and tax-free checkout?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $69, and we’re currently covering the tax at checkout as a small thank-you for supporting our handmade shop.

All of our orders are shipped from Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States.
🕒 Processing Time
Each product is handmade, so processing times may vary slightly.
1. If the item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 48 hours.
2. If the item is pre-order /made to order, please allow 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the item and our production queue.

Flat shipping fee of $7 CAD. Free shipping on orders over $69 CAD.
We ship with Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.
Estimated Delivery Times:
1. Ontario & Quebec: 1-3 business days
2. Rest of Canada: 3-7 business days
